In Destination Sobibór filmmaker Raymond Grimbergen follows his good friend

Hein Piller de Bruijn to the remote former nazi camp Sobibór in eastern Poland,

where almost his entire family was murdered in 1943.

On their way, Hein is trying to find an answer to all the questions

he has about the faith of his family.

But the closer they come, the clearer it becomes that this road trip

for Hein really is a discovery of his true identity.
